Binion's Roadhouse: Classic Western Steakhouse in Hendersonville with Outstanding Service

Went herr on a recommendation and I assure you it did not disappoint. We were seated promptly. Our waiter Gavin who was outstanding was on it within a minute of us. Sitting down took care of us the whole time we were there. Did a fantastic job. Didn't forget anything. Our food came out as we ordered in a very reasonable amount of time. My steak was cooked perfect my wife had some bacon cheddar chicken that was really good. The macaroni and cheese was fantastic and the sweet potato souffle was really good. I will eat here again

This was a very good place to go eat, great food,very large portions, excellent service and the waitress although she was new was very knowledgeable about the food and services. All in all a good place to grab a bite to eat. Very large portions and very friendly staff. Somewhat like a sports bar. But not to loud. If I had any complaints it would only the restrooms needed some attention.

The place is awesome. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Our server Kendall was the best. She was fast to come to us and very patient and helpful. She was flying around the taking care of everyone yet she made everyone feel they were the only ones. The food was phenomenal and we expected it to take a while to get it since the place was so busy - nope. It took minutes to get our steaks which I highly recommend. The entire experience was beyond expectations. If average food and service is what you want I’d recommend you go elsewhere. It great food and service is what you want well here ya go. Thank you Kendall, you were great.

Enjoyed the whole experience. 15-minute wait on a Friday was well worth it. Western themed. Peanuts on the table where you throw the shells on the floor. Country music playing. Dylan S. was our knowledgeable and efficient server. The food was excellent. We chose items in the $13-15 range. Highly recommend this 50 year old business.

Lena our waitress was awesome. The hostess was also amazing. We had a group of 16 and they seated us within 25 minutes upon arrival. The food was good and the service was exceptional.

Shari and I went to dinner at Binion's Steakhouse in Asheville NC the night before touring Biltmore Estates. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes but it was definitely worth it. We both ordered the Luncheon Sirlion Steak with Baked Potatoes. The food was awesome and our waiter was amazing. Definitely would eat here again and the food was amazing! Highly recommend! Great first time experience. We arrived around 6 with just a 15 minute wait. Loved the decor and peanut shells on the floor. They have rating cards on the table to complete when your service is done and turn into a locked box. Great way for management to track information. I hope they utilize it and rewards those who do well and fix any problems that might arise (although we didn’t have any issues at all). I also liked how their menu says something like “we aren’t perfect so let us know so we can fix it”. Rolls were delicious. We ordered a sirloin and ribeye. The ribeye was wonderful and melted in your mouth! Our waitress was very attentive.
